Johnny is practicing for the next dinner party at his cousins' house:

MOM: John, did you find your sunglasses?
JOHN: No, I don't really need them. MOM: It's going to be sunny, you'd better find them. JOHN: Well, I'll just stay inside. MOM: So you're going to go all the way to the Cayman Islands & are just gonna stay inside the whole time? JOHN: Yeah, I'm going to stay inside one day, two days, three days, four days, fiv....I think I'll just stay inside and snooze out. MOM: If I were to find your sunglasses for you, would you leave the house while we're on vacation? JOHN: Yeah, sure!

For 2 months the boys have been playing the Wii Challenge at school: every day they behaved they received a gold coin from the teacher. Once they accumulated 30 coins, they could then "buy" a new Wii + a Mario game from Mom & Dad.

Yesterday they were very happy because they achieved their goal. Unfortunately, it was "Happy Dying Day" for the poor Mario Bros. mushroom community:

It's Fire Prevention Week again and the neighborhood is overrun with little firefighters. John is requesting daily that we make fire truck cookies, AJ wants a carbon monoxide detector in every room of the house. This year we got to ride on the ladder at the BFPD open house & they've added a rescue boat to the fleet - lots of fun!

Plus in the middle of the game he gave the opposing team's coach a high-five John's all about the high-fives.

and finally in a good way: today John scored more goals than the entire opposing team! Plus, when there was a big collision on the field he checked to make sure everyone was ok (he got a Happy Meal for that.)
